Love this library. Its a couple of years old but is so well-maintained it still looks brand new. Has a friendly staff and a great location.
Terrible service
Google has the hours listed incorrectly. This library is open 10:00 - 6:00 Monday and Friday, 12:00 - 7:30 Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 - 5:00 Saturday. CLOSED FRIDAY AND SUNDAY. GOOGLE, please correct your information.
Always a great atmosphere here....
While it's not as large as some of the libraries in the city part of Mobile, it makes up for that by having a great selection of books. It could be just the genres I prefer that they stock so well but I doubt it. The people who maintain and clean this building are incredible. The appearance of this place is top notch. I grew up in Wilmer, so trips were limited to the Moorer branch, and the book mobile, once a month. I lost a book several years ago and due to procrastination and unforseen circumstances, my library privileges were terminated. It broke my heart because I grew up with a book in hand.
