After my last visit there I carried my beautiful dog to Dr. Carl Smith. My dog passed away
My dog was very sick and made many trips to the vet. The Vet did not bother talking to me,I only spoke with assistant. I spent a lot of unnecessary money there. As helpful as the Assistant was she did not have her degree and had a difficult time interpreting the many , unnecessary?, lab reports.
A few days later among caring staff. They buried him for me. Dr. Smith staff is very compassionate and knowledgeable.
The staff is great and they treat your furbabies with love and compassion. I wouldn't go any where else. I love this place!
I got sick of paying hundreds of dollars to them when the Vet didn't bother to speak with me.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the vets saw our dog outside walking and was able to properly diagnosis his problem (torn alc) that was miss diagnosed by the vet we used to go to as arthritis. We went they fixed his leg and from then on we have been using TLC for the last 3 yrs.
Dr Lenonard is a great doctor my pets and me we just love her I have great confidence and trust in her also the staff is very nice friendly and always helpful
Love those people to pieces! Professional, kind, compassionate. Cannot put into words just how grateful my family and I are to the doctors and entire staff for all the years of kindness and love they've shown us and our furry family members! Thanks TLC!
